Are your store hours different during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

Our store is open Monday - Friday 9AM to 5PM & Saturday 9AM to 1PM. Please wear a mask when you enter our store. There is a limit of 1 customer in our store at one time. If you cannot wear a mask, we will bring your supplies to you. Our home deliveries are being done as normal and our after-hours/emergency service is still available 24/7.

 

Can I enroll to have my prescription items on automatic refill?

Due to the health insurance regulations, we cannot do automatic refills. You can always call us or stop in to request a refill. And, to make reordering your supplies even easier, we have an online form that you can submit!

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, you need to call and schedule an appointment for:

  • to meet with our respiratory therapist

  • want more information regarding lift chairs or stairlifts

  • orthotics measurements

  • CPAP mask fittings or pressure changes

 

Can you tell me if I am “pre-approved” for an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot determine if an item will be approved and paid for prior to you receiving the item and billing you health insurance.

Do I need a prescription to purchase an item out of pocket?

Many items will need prescription even if you want to pay for them. Nebulizer medicine sets, cannulas, catheters, CPAP supplies, among other items have RX Only on the packaging. Unfortunately, we need a prescription to sell them to you.

 

How can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill in our store, by mail, over the phone, or online by clicking the “Pay My Bill” icon in the upper right-hand corner of our website.
